How to do brain synchronization – is a post about the synchronization of both hemispheres of the brain. Balancing the hemispheres, both the left and the right hemispheres,
leads to something called whole-brain synchronization.
The benefits of a balanced mind are that you can access more resources within you and perform better emotionally and cognitively. Before explaining how to synchronize the brain, I will explain the differences between the left and right brain hemispheres. Read the list of both hemispheres below:
Left hemisphere thinking:
Right hemisphere thinking:
Thinks out of the box
The benefit of balancing these hemispheres and making them work together is enormous. Put – your mind will become more focused and powerful.
How to do brain synchronization:
Binaural beats: These technologies will help you go deeper into brainwave states. Examples of brainwave products are Hemi sync, Brain sync, Holosync and The Silva Method.
Draw with your opposite hand: Drawing with your opposite hand creates new neural pathways in your brain. You are doing the opposite of a very deeply integrated pattern. Imagine writing and drawing with the same hand for many years, then suddenly trying to do it with the non-dominant hand.
Listen to music while solving math: Each activity is connected to its respective hemisphere. So combining both activities at the same time stimulates both hemispheres at the same time. Doing math stimulates the left hemisphere of the brain, and listening to music stimulates the right hemisphere of the brain.
Meditation: Lowering your brainwaves will help you get into alpha, theta or even delta brainwave states. If you want to learn more about meditation, read this: https://abundance7.com/meditation-methods/.
Binaural beats: This is a shortcut form of meditation. What experienced meditators use 40 years of accomplishing, you can reach in 30-60 minutes with binaural beat technologies. If you want to listen to a binaural beat we have created for you, check this out: https://abundance7.com/audio-boost-binaural-beats/.
Alternate nostril breathing: Each hemisphere is connected with each side of the nostril. You breathe with only one side at a time while closing the other side with a finger, then change.
