Techniques for lucid dreaming
Here are five techniques for lucid dreaming:
1. Keep a dream journal to remember your dreams and to raise Consciousness About your dreams.
2. Do reality tests throughout the day to have a Higher Consciousness and raise the chances to practice reality tests in your dreams.
3. Visualize yourself as a person who has a lucid dream before you fall asleep.
4. Practice the MILD technique by repeating a mantra that expresses ” I want a lucid dream” before bed. Repeat this simultaneously as you visualize yourself as a person who often has lucid dreams.
5. do the technique called WBTB by wakening up after some hours of sleeping, by being awake for a short period and then going back to sleep while concentrating on having a lucid dream.
