How to Get More Energy:
Breathing exercises 8x16x4 – Provides you with lots of energy.
You can do these exercises many times during the day. The reason you get energy from doing breathing exercises is that it gives oxygen to your cells.
Understanding people. You understand other people with curiosity, investigation and wonder. These traits will help you become socially engaged/concerned and is suitable for the nervous system. Talk about topics that fire you up – what are you passionate about? Self-Help? Spiritual growth? Other?
Be in momentum, have fun with mastery, and get things done when you accomplish something. Learn something new! Read a book, solve an I.Q. test, do something stimulating, something exciting. Being in FLOW is the optimal balance when dealing with mastery. Challenges are “just right”, not too easy or boring, and not too tricky (frustrating). But something complicated, but enough to BOTH stretch and master! Then you can add relaxation days to the calendar, where it is “allowed” to do nothing.
Go for walks in nature. Combine your journey outside with Jogging or physical exercise. Walking out gives you fresh air and peace of mind.
I am eating healthy food. A focus on eating “healthy” makes the rare moments of eating not healthy extra special. Eat foods that contain a lot of water, cucumber and salad and drink a lot of water.
Inner work. Meditate, or take the shortcut to listen to binaural beats and sound technology that puts one in a deep state. as a bonus tip, listen to music that gets you happy and excited. The sound waves hit the nervous system.
Positive people. Getting together with people that you LABEL gives you positive energy. These are people who are positive and do positive activities. People who are happy, positive, laugh and are satisfied with life.
Dietary supplement:
Take a spoonful of MCT oil – providing energy for the rest of the day.
Coconut fat morning and evening – improves memory/concentration.
Omega 3 pills morning and evening – improves memory/concentration.
D vitamin – antidepressant, works exceptionally well in winter.

Write a gratitude list. Write down 25 things you are grateful for or appreciate. Such a list turns around the mindset, and one puts forward MORE of what is good!
Have some hobbies that spice up everyday life. Hobbies can be everything from Sports, games, chess series, books and more.
Long-Term Thinking with Releasing: Do something T.R.E. regularly (Trauma release exercise) to avoid getting tired. Get rid of tension and stress by doing bodily-oriented therapy.
Ask your unconscious mind what will give you more energy and replenishment, – Before going to sleep, say strictly to yourself, “Tonight I’m going to dream of tips and tricks that will give more energy, and I’m going to understand these tips AND will remember them when I wake up.”
